This is a lovely edition of The Elephants of Sargabal by Rene Guillot. Translated by Gwen Marsh. Illustrated by Felix Hoffman.
First edition, published in 1956 by Oxford University Press. Book has a very slight forward lean. Pale yellow/cream boards with blue lettering to the spine, complete with unclipped [10s 6d net] pictorial dust jacket. The boards are in very good condition with very minor wear to the edges, and the pictorial dust jacket is complete with light wear to the edges and light soiling to the rear. The contents are also very good, clean and bright. pp.170.
