Black cloth with black lettering to the front cover and spine. The boards are in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. Dark green pictorial endpapers featuring the various horses from the story. There is an ink inscription to the flyleaf for the school term 1960-61. The contents are clean and bright throughout. Complete with the original pictorial dust jacket which has been price clipped and has some light edgewear.
