Firmly bound in the publisher's brown cloth featuring a pictorial design to the front cover and spine. The boards are in good condition with some rubbing and bumping to the edges, corners and to the head and tail of the spine. There is also some surface scuffing, light surface soiling and a small tear to the cloth at the rear joint. Featuring a long fold-out map at the beginning of the book showing the track of the yacht 'Sunbeam' 1876 - 1877. The map has some foxing/browning but is complete. The contents are lightly age toned with a few spots of light intermittent foxing and some grubby marks to the first few pages. Otherwise good throughout.
