This is a lovely edition of The Doll's Christmas by Tasha Tudor. 
Originally published in 1950 by Oxford University Press - this is a third printing 1956.
Bound in red cloth with a title pastedown to the front cover and delicate black lettering to the spine. Complete with an unclipped dust jacket, which features a festive pictorial design to the front cover. The dust jacket is tanned with age and has wear to the outer edges and a crease to the rear cover. To the inside rear of the dust jacket there is a small pink stain, indicating that at some point there has been a small spillage and the jacket stuck to the book. This is superficial only.  The book itself is in very good + condition, with only a small mark to the rear, as detailed in the photographs. The pages are very lightly age toned but otherwise clean. Beautifully illustrated throughout. 
This is such a sweet book and it would be a wonderful Christmas gift for any child.
