In 1961 diver and photographer Mike Wilson discovereda the wreck of an 18th century ship which sank carrying a fortune in Mogal silver. Two years later he led an expedition to the site alongside his partner Arthur C. Clarke. In this book, Clark 'describes the perils and problems of the treasure hunt on a reef so dangerous that no boat can approach it, even in calmer weather.' 
 
Vibrant red cloth with black lettering to the spine. The boards are in very good condition with only minor bumping to the corners. The contents are clean and bright throughout with the exception of a small brown mark to the rear endpaper. Complete with the original unclipped dust jacket which is in good overall condition though there is some surface soiling to the rear cover and light wear to the edges.
