A very scarce copy of this charming children's book of flowers. It is a somewhat rare book in any condition, but this is also the most beautiful copy of Flora's Feast that I have come across, making it a truly collectible and gift-worthy piece.

Pictorial paper boards with a blue cloth spine. The boards are in very good condition with only a few minor surface marks and some light wear to the extremities. The lower right corner of the front board has a superficial crack to the paper caused by bumping to the that corner. Internally the contents are near fine, allowing for just a few light spots of foxing to the preliminary and end pages and to the page edges. The patterned endpapers are beautifully clean and free from inscriptions, and the illustrations are no doubt as vibrant as the day they were produced. The pages are uncut. To the rear of the book are eight pages of Cassell's publisher's adverts with a detailed list of other publications.
