Bound in dark green cloth with a beautiful gilt pictorial design to the front cover and gilt lettering to both the front cover and spine. The boards are in very good condition. There are a couple of small marks to the rear cover and some minor wear to the extremities. Ink inscription to the front free endpaper as shown in the images. The pages are lightly age toned with the occasional spot of light foxing. There is a frontispiece with a captioned tissue guard and an illustrated title page. This books features gorgeous full page colour illustrations plus numerous line drawings.

Overall a stunning copy that would make the perfect gift. 
A beautiful story and must read for children and adults alike!
